How to Google your problems

Hey guys! so, I have been meaning to share this tip for a while now so here we go. Step 1: Open a new tab in your browser Step 2: Type www.google.com (or www.google.co.uk if you are in the UK) Step 3: Ask it a question that will help you with your work. Please don't make your search too specific, just search for the key words of your problem, also don't be afraid that you wont find anything on your problem. Chances are it's pretty common and has already been solved on countless forums- probably cgsociety. (protip: Remember to add "please" to the end of your google searches to get the best results, search engines love polite people) Step 4: Now that you know who to fix your problem, start working again. Don't worry, if you're using maya it should be too long before you can refer back to the first step in this tutorial! Good luck! Quick tips (Most of these tips I got by searching "How to google") Tip 1: Use quotes to search for an exact phrase Tip 2: Use an asterisk within quotes to specify unknown or variable words Tip 3: Use the minus sign to eliminate results containing certain words Tip 4: Adding "cgsociety" at the end of your search can sometimes help http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Google - If you have found yourself confused by this tutorial don't worry, you are definitely not alone.
